• The Jungle Owlet or Barred Jungle Owlet, is found in the Indian subcontinent. 
• The breeding season in India is March to May and they nest in the hollow of a tree at a height of 3 - 5 meters.
• At least 4 eggs.

आम तौर पर पेड़ पर छुप कर बैठता है। शाम होने पर लैंप पोस्ट, मुंडेर, पौधों कब आसपास दिखता है। इसकी फोटो खींचना आसान नहीं है। (Murari singh)
